In a world filled with countless challenges and inequalities, there are those who take it upon themselves to make a difference. "I decided to create Grateful Purpose a foundation driven by gratitude, compassion, love, and my unique background as a caregiver. Witnessing firsthand the struggles faced by women and children who lack even their most basic needs deeply touched my heart. It ignited a sense of gratitude for the privileges I've had in life and a profound compassion for those less fortunate.

The love I have for humanity, especially for the women and children whose voices often go unheard, became the driving force behind my decision. As a caregiver, I've come to understand the value of nurturing and supporting those in need. I believe that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, deserves to have their basic needs met, and every woman should have the opportunity to empower herself and shape her own destiny.

It's the intersection of gratitude, compassion, love, and caregiving that led me to establish the Grateful Purpose Foundation with Adjoa with whom I share the same vision. With an unwavering commitment to providing basic necessities for children and empowering women to take control of their lives, we aim to create a world where every individual has the chance to thrive, and every heart is filled with hope and gratitude."

Immigrating from West Africa(TOGO) to the US, I was honored to work for some amazing people who share the same values and encourage me to do so,.

Join me to make a difference and make this world a better place one woman and child at a time.

“ if you have been blessed, be a blessing to others “

The passionate cofounder of Grateful Purpose. Her journey is fueled by a deep sense of gratitude and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.

As the oldest of five children, Adjoa Tossah-Accolley learned early on the values of sharing and being there for others. These lessons became the foundation for her role as the driving force behind Grateful Purpose.

Growing up in a family that cherished compassion and giving back, Adjoa’s Journey was shaped by moments of impactful kindness. Guided by the principle, "To those more is given, more is expected," she internalized the responsibility to make a positive impact.

Adverse childhood experiences in Africa have shaped her and became the catalyst for Adjoa's determination to make a difference. Witnessing the struggles of those with limited access to essentials, she and Sibi founded Grateful Purpose with a mission to create a positive impact.

With a vision of holistic well-being, Adjoa's organization focuses on education, healthcare, and community-building. Her motto, "Every Act, Every Gift, Every Grateful Purpose," embodies her belief in the transformative power of gratitude.

Adjoa Tossah-Accolley isn't just a founder; she's a catalyst for a movement that spreads gratitude and purpose—one act of kindness at a time. Through Grateful Purpose, Adjoa continues to inspire positive change, leaving a lasting impact on communities worldwide.
